This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Early Years teacher to gain senior leadership experience.

Do you? Have knowledge of Early Years and a vision for how to secure the best possible outcomes for all pupils in this phase of our school.
Have you? Had successful teaching experience in Early Years, having knowledge of both Nursery and Reception.
Are you? Able to successfully combine child led and adult initiated activity to ensure the best quality Early Years provision.
Can you? Build positive working relationships with staff, parents and the community to achieve shared goals.
If so we will offer you continuing professional development opportunities and support by an internal leadership coach/mentor.
Visits to our school are encouraged so that you are able to see our well-resourced setting for yourself.
